I have been a property owner on the Surf City/Topsail Island Canals since 1989.  I have

been a full time resident since 2005 and actively selling real estate for the past 8 years. 

My specialty is deep water Canal and Sound Front properties.  I also have knowledge of

Ocean Front and Second Row properties in Surf City, Topsail Beach, and North Topsail Beach.
