Brad Brown grew up in Southeastern North Carolina. Wanting to stay close to the water, he attended University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. Brad possesses the skills to ensure you receive a product that best suits your needs, while exceeding your expectations every step along the way. He will educate you throughout the whole process so that you never leave the closing table with any unanswered questions. His door stays open long after you receive the keys to your home.

D. Lon Downing | Mortgage Loan Officer

D. Lon has had the pleasure of calling Wilmington home for over 25 years. After attending East Carolina University, he has remained dedicated to his hometown, often volunteering his time for area nonprofit organizations, including CCFA. With over 24 years of experience, D. Lon is a seasoned veteran of the mortgage industry. He has a comprehensive understanding of the home buying process, and is often recognized for his outstanding production and customer service. D. Lon enjoys working with families in his local community, to ensure that they find the perfect financial fit.

Erik Holley | Mortgage Loan Officer

Erik Holley has called Wilmington home for over 10 years. His love for math drew him to teaching and the mortgage industry. Erik is very involved in the community through sports, as well as volunteering at his church. In his spare time, he coaches varsity basketball at Hoggard High School in Wilmington.

Daniel Evans | Mortgage Loan Officer

Daniel Evans provides hands-on, personal service with strong attention to detail for all of his clients. As a problem-solver, Daniel enjoys working with his clients to overcome any obstacles they may face in the home financing process. After attending East Carolina University, Daniel worked in the banking industry with TowneBank before bringing his unique skill set to TowneBank Mortgage. Daniel grew up in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and enjoys spending his free time on the water or playing golf.

Kyle Metzger | Mortgage Loan Officer

Kyle Metzger uses his financial knowledge and experience to walk his clients through the loan process, ensuring that they are confident in their financial decision. He specializes in helping first-time homebuyers realize the dream of homeownership, educating and informing them throughout the entire homebuying process. A native of Ohio, Kyle studied at Kent State University for three years before graduating from Liberty University with a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance. He graduated with a minor in French and can speak it fluently.

Scott McCorkle | Mortgage Loan Officer

For 20 years, Scott McCorkle has helped his clients with home financing – over 3,000 clients and counting – many of whom were referred by his existing customers. His goal is to help all his clients throughout their milestones in life – whether that means building their dream home, buying a second home or investment property, downsizing, or assisting their friends and family. His experience runs in the family. Scott’s father has been in residential and commercial real estate for over 40 years and had a 20-year-career in banking, which allows Scott to pass on his market and industry expertise. With an engineering degree from NC State, Scott prides himself on the importance of analyzing all available options, looking for creative solutions, and asking the right questions to ensure that he has all the information needed to best guide his clients toward meeting their financial goals.
