D. Lon has had the pleasure of calling Wilmington home for over 25 years. Erik grew up in the Midwest and has lived all over the U.S., but has been happy to call Wilmington, NC home for the past 9 years. He was a teacher for 18 years and has a strong Math background to draw from in helping his clients with their mortgage needs.

Erik is very involved in the community through sports, as well as volunteering at his church. He is a varsity basketball coach at Hoggard High School in Wilmington, which helps him stay connected to his education background. Erik has a great connection and rapport with the people he meets through these different activities. Erik is available to guide you through the home financing process. Courtland Parnell | Mortgage Loan Officer

Courtland grew up in Virginia Beach, VA and moved to Wilmington, NC in 2006 to attend college, graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Coming from a family of bankers and realtors, he has been immersed in the real estate industry from an early age and has a very good understanding of all aspects of the mortgage transaction. Purchasing a home is one of the largest investments of your lifetime and Courtland will take the time to make sure you are well educated throughout the mortgage process.

As a local loan officer, Kelly Barnes enjoys helping her clients making their dream home purchase a reality. Kelly previously served as a CFO for a successful local business before running her own business, Coastal Concierge. She has the skills and experience needed to make the loan process a smooth and enjoyable one.

A devoted member of the Wilmington community, Kelly is involved in a number of philanthropic organizations. She serves as a Board Member of the Ray Underhill Foundation, silent auction chairperson and event coordinator with Hope for Helen, and managing partner of Canines & Couture & committee member for Coastal Animal Rescue Efforts. Kelly is a mother of two children and has lived in the Wrightsville area for nearly 30 years.

Blair Young | Vice President, Sales Manager

Blair has been in the banking and financial industry for more than twenty years. After receiving a degree in Business Administration and working in finance for ten years, he went back to school and received his Certified Financial Planner designation in November of 2003. That same year, Blair's family moved from Charlotte to Wilmington, where they continue to live and raise their two children.

During his time in Wilmington, Blair has become very familiar with the coastal real estate market. Recognizing that unique situations sometimes develop when purchasing and financing real estate in coastal areas, Blair uses his experience and local market knowledge to help his customers navigate through the home buying process.
