Intracoastal Realty Listings on HGTV

2012-1-House-Hunters

Recognize these houses? Both homes were recently shown on HGTV’s House Hunters.  The episode was about a New Jersey family who moved from New Jersey to North Carolina. After living in a rental home in Leland they decided buy a place in Wilmington. They had a $1.25M budget and need to live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

Their agent showed them 3 homes that met their criteria. It’s no surprise two of the three homes featured on this House Hunters episode were Intracoastal Realty Listings.  Intracoastal Realty is the leader in market share for homes priced $500,000 and over in the Wilmington area.
