Q: What distinctive features set this home apart?
A: Intracoastal, ocean and marina views on nearly 3 ½ acres of uplands. Home has an elevator to all 3 floors. Separate attached 1 bedroom apartment with full Kitchen and bath.

Q: Can you describe the architectural style of the home?
A: Contemporary  cottage style home.

A: Community Covenants allow property to be subdivided as low as 1.65 acres giving you 2 water view properties.

Q: Does the community have any amenities we should know about?
A: Boat slip lease available, dock/ramps, picnic grounds, community marina.

Q: What makes the price of this home so great?
A: Many waterfront properties have private docks that are very expensive and therefore would increase the price of a home like this.  Due to the adjacent location of this property to the marina, the price is less than it would be with a private dock and the owner can enjoy all the benefits of having a boat at a fraction of the cost to upkeep.  Additionally, if the owner doesn’t have a boat, they can simply decide not to have that expense!

Q: Can you tell us a fun fact about this home?
A: This is a one-owner home and the rooftop deck gives you views of the entire south end of Topsail Island.  There’s great fishing just out in the inlet as well!

Q: Is there anything else you’d like to tell us about the home?
A: The owner is very motivated!
