Teacher’s Fund Raffle for an iPad2!

We are excited to announce a great fundraising opportunity for the Teacher’s Fund, which was established to help local public and private K-5 school teachers buy the supplies and books they so desperately need. With the challenges of today’s economy, this worthy fund is more important than ever.

We are selling $10 raffle tickets and will have a drawing for an iPAD2 for every 100 tickets sold. In other words, if we sell 500 tickets, we will give away 5 iPad2’s. The proceeds of the raffle will go to the Teacher’s Fund. Please forward this to your friends, family, and clients to help us sell some tickets! There is also an online ordering form: www.IntracoastalRealty.com/TeachersFund.

Thank you for your continued support of our area’s teachers and students via the Teacher’s Fund.

Luxury Real Estate Sales Increase

2011-11-November-Connections

We are all eagerly looking for signs of a recovery in the housing market. Although a robust recovery is unlikely to happen anytime soon, there are positive indicators that are worthy of consideration.

The Luxury Real Estate end of the market – properties in the $1M and up category – are up over last year in New Hanover County. And history shows that sales in the luxury end of the market are often a leading indicator for a rebound in other sectors of the real estate market.

Intracoastal Realty is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies and sells more properties listed at more than $1 million than any other real estate firm in southeastern North Carolina. Let us know if we can assist you with your real estate needs.
