Tracy is a graduate of East Carolina University. Go, Pirates! Her interests include boating, traveling, being on the water with family and friends, gardening, and watching her children play travel soccer.
In 1998, after getting married, Tracy and her husband Trec moved to Wilmington. Tracy’s family has been in Wilmington since the 1980’s so it was like coming home.
Before having her two children, Wright and Ansley, Tracy worked for BB&T Mortgage as the Construction to Permanent Loan Coordinator. She became a stay home mother for a couple of years but missed working with people.
An opportunity to work for Communities In Schools of Cape Fear became available and she began a 13-year adventure as a Program Director working with “at risk” students. Tracy coordinated the PaSS Reading Program and Stuff The Bus School Supply Drive.
Subsequently, she worked with Harvard University implementing a summer reading program that helped students with summer reading learning loss. In addition, Tracy assisted with volunteer coordinating and various jobs for fundraising.
Once the Harvard grant ended, Tracy decided it was time to pursue something new and exciting.
She has a passion for helping others and realized she would like to turn her passion from helping students to help others selling and buying real estate. Tracy is hardworking, outgoing and dedicated. She looks forward to building long lasting relationships with clients that will continue for many years to come.
