Sharon grew up in New England in a small ski resort called Mount Snow. While living there she enjoyed the small-town life only Vermont could offer. Raising her two children, Maksis and Nika, while growing her family real estate company, North Real Estate. Her husband, Ken, is a timber framer (Atlantic Barn & Timber Co) and as his business grew so did the need to move toward the South for more opportunity.
Moving to Wilmington is described as the “best decision she ever made”. Her family loves the water, boating most weekends. She loves to golf and be outside. Her two dogs, Lilly and Cooper, are frequently spotted with her walking through Mayfair.
Upon moving here Sharon transferred her Real Estate license to North Carolina. Pursuing many opportunities over the years she feels that she has found a home with Intracoastal Realty. She says “Making the move to Intracoastal is so exciting! The environment feels like the small town I grew up in. Supportive, exciting, and full of unlimited opportunity”.
