Marilyn attended Meredith College, Raleigh NC studying Business Administration. She has been a real estate professional since 2006. Her real estate experience includes not only sales but also the mortgage side with Capital Bank in Raleigh NC. She holds the coveted GRI - Graduate Realtors Institute certificate.
Marilyn’s sales career in Wilmington includes selling Luxury listings in the Landfall subdivision and the Wrightsville Beach area. However, she knows the area well and enjoys working all price ranges. She continues this focus today as a member of the top producing Mitchell-Lewis Team.
