About Michelle Wheeles

Born in California but raised in North Carolina, Michelle is proud to call the Tar Heel State home. Growing up she was inexplicably drawn to all things real estate. Michelle joined Intracoastal Realty with knowledge and experience in real estate appraisals, a profession that she still remains focused on today. While immersing herself into learning the intricacies of the Wilmington market, Michelle felt inspired to take a step further in her career and pursue her broker’s license, where she combines her unique experiences to help clients navigate the waters of Wilmington’s market. Michelle is determined to provide the best comprehensive Real Estate services to Home Buyers, Seller’s and Investors, in all price ranges. She takes her profession to the highest levels of quality service and tenaciously protects her clients’ interests.

Prior to her exposure to the real estate industry, Michelle attained a business marketing degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she spent time expanding her skillset in marketing and strategic brand building.

In her free time, Michelle loves to spend time with family and friends, her two horses, anything that involves being on the water, painting and traveling.
