About Lisa

Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lisa Esposito holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communications from Temple University.

Lisa has traveled extensively while working with her husband as self-employed entrepreneurs in the renewable energy and import/export industry. They have had the extraordinary experience of living in two foreign countries while building their worldwide business network and have enjoyed exploring all corners of the world. They currently live in Wilmington, NC, where they have been settled for the past 14 years.

Lisa is skilled in dealing with people from all cultures and walks of life and is able to flourish in almost any environment.  When she is not helping her clients find their dream homes, she enjoys photography, painting, reading and baking something delicious or simply spending time with her two beloved dogs – Lupo, an Akita and Chopper, a Lab mix.

Clients appreciate her low pressure sales, flexibility, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants and her negotiating and analytical skills as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Lisa provides excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals and repeat business.  With her vast experience and knowledge, what Lisa has found she enjoys the most is helping people achieve their dreams of owning real estate!
