About

John is a native of Silver Spring, Maryland where he was born and raised. John’s past career was in the automotive industry as a Service Manager. Once John’s 3 children graduated from high school, he and his wife decided to move to Wilmington and call it their home. The area is a natural fit for them with its seasonal changes in the weather and temperate winter temperatures. Couple this with the pristine beaches, historic downtown, thriving arts community, outstanding medical community, abundant and varied restaurants, as well as close proximity to the Research Triangle and Myrtle Beach areas for sports and recreation, John and his wife know they made the right decision. John’s background of construction and working closely with people in the automotive industry as a manager, he decided to use his skills, change careers and pursue real estate as a full time career. He and his wife Jeanne formed a team at Intracoastal Realty to provide excellent service to their clients in 2018. Understanding what it takes to please clients and a dedication to providing great customer service, John has the ability to help his clients make great real estate decisions. From his days as a service manager, he understands prompt communication and follow-up. His experience in the field of construction, including a father whose trade was in setting tile, provides John’s clients with his keen insight into home construction. In John’s spare time he loves to spend time at the beach enjoying family and friends. As you might imagine, he also enjoys architecture and researching the area’s vast real estate offerings. His local knowledge and research are a huge value to his clients. John looks forward to using all the tools provided by Intracoastal Realty agents when assisting buyer and sellers looking for residential, land, acreage and commercial property as well as investor clients.
