About Eddie

I am a Wilmington native and I think there is no better place to live. As a veteran of the US Navy I have seen a significant portion of the USA and other parts of the world and I always dreamed of returning home. My wife, also a native of Wilmington, and I are active in various civic, church, social and community organizations. I have always had careers working with the public and have made it my goal to give the very best service to my clients/customers that is possible. I will do everything I can to find the perfect home for you and your family.

There is something special about this area, southeastern NC, that once you visit here it is difficult to leave. This area has something to fulfill most any interest: cultural or outdoors.

For outdoor experiences there are many golf courses,both public and private, designed by the most famous course designers. There is a cross-city hiking/biking trail or places for nature hiking. With the Atlantic Ocean, saltwater sounds, and freshwater rivers and lakes I can’t mention all the water activities available but a few are: boating, fishing (saltwater or freshwater), kayaking/canoeing, surfing, and shell collecting on the beach are just a few. If tennis is your interest there are many courts both public and private. If you like watching sports we have a professional soccer team and UNCW plays NCAA Division I athletics.

Your cultural needs can be filled by fine museums, a vibrant historic district, excellent theatre, our own Wilmington Symphony Orchestra, and numerous festivals. Our UNCW and Cape Fear Community College offer many adult special interest classes.

If you care for fine dining we have some the best by nationally renown chefs.
