Providing superior client service has always been the cornerstone of David's career whether it was advising tax clients as a CPA, or managing structured transactions as a financial services professional on Wall Street - or today in Wilmington - helping you realize your real estate dreams and goals.
"Listening, understanding, and paying attention to detail are the keys to bringing a transaction to a successful close."
Having a knowledgeable, experienced person guide you through the process will reduce your stress and allow you to enjoy the excitement of finding, acquiring, and moving into your new home. And on the sell side, that experience helps keep your deal together while maximizing your return.
"Let me be part of your next transaction."
David relocated to Wilmington with his wife, Francisca, in 2014, after living in the Northeast for 30 years. They renovated a beautiful mid-century modern home in the Forest Hills area which they share with 2 rescues and an occasional foster dog. Francisca is also a seasoned real estate broker with Intracoastal Realty and David and Francisca often work together to serve their clients - always going above and beyond to deliver a best in class, top notch real estate experience.
Wilmington is an extraordinary place to live - from the revitalized historic downtown along the scenic Cape Fear River to the world class beaches along the Atlantic coast, and with a major university in between - Wilmington has something for everyone.
David enjoys the Wilmington music scene, kayaking on the intracoastal waterway, and the varied cultural programs offered in and around town. But at the end of the day it comes down to the people - and the people in Wilmington make this city a very, very special place to live.
"We relocated to Wilmington and are having an absolute blast. Let us help you with your relocation and assimilation into this wonderful community."
Originally from Long Island, David attended college in Los Angeles and began his career as a CPA/tax professional in the Los Angeles Office of Price Waterhouse. An assignment in the National Office brought him back home to the East Coast. He later transferred to the Stamford, CT office where he worked for several years before joining Merrill Lynch in its World Financial Center Headquarters in New York. He is now affiliated with Intracoastal Realty which he believes is the premier real estate firm in Wilmington.
