About Colleen

I found my home in real estate because I love helping people.  There is nothing more enjoyable than sharing my local knowledge and helping people find the home of their dreams or getting top dollar for their property.  I have lived in this area most of my life and am very familiar with the present and future growth characteristics of the area. I’ve walked a thousand miles on the area beaches and can share my first hand knowledge with you.  I am fortunate to come from a family that has taken advantage of the variety of interests that are available to folks living in this area, so I can help you whether it’s finding a fish (to catch or to eat), or a birdie on a local golf course!  My children attend middle and high school in the area, and I will gladly my share personal knowledge about our education system.
