Therefore, Intracoastal has worked hard to provide a lifelong learning experience to help our agents reach their top productivity through our diversified professional development programs.
We not only offer orientation and comprehensive multi-week training for our agents, but we recognize that agents have different learning styles. After building a foundation, we continue to offer training throughout the year with our Thursday morning classes to keep agents current on matters such as flood insurance, pricing in a competitive market, training by attorneys on short sales and foreclosures, social net working, relocation training through our outstanding relo department, client follow-up through our dynamic marketing department, and all types of technology training through our “top of the line” technology department.
To elevate your career even further, Intracoastal provides an on-demand training program through Leading RE Institute. These power-packed modules are short and to the point for the busy, on-the-go agents. Course topics include prospecting, online marketing, generation communication, listing and home marketing, and much more (screenshot of easy-to-use modules shown below).
Opportunities are also available to fine-tune your skills via national and regional speakers (NAR’s 30 under 30), our Technology Fair, as well as our own agents who also participate in special training modules.
