We will get you set up on all the tools, technology, website, and marketing resources to help you with a smooth transition into our firm.
Orientation: Become acquainted with Intracoastal Realty and the technology and marketing resources available to you in this three-day class.
Pathways to Excellence: This exclusive real estate training program is designed to get your real estate career off to the best possible start. It includes interactive sessions on lead generation, negotiating, presentation skills, working with buyers and sellers, handling objections and more.

Ninja Selling: A sales system developed by Larry Kendall and The Group, Inc., Real Estate in Colorado. The system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and then helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about how to create value for people. The mission of Ninja Selling is to help people increase their income per hour through higher customer satisfaction and referrals, as well as enhanced sales systems and communication skills. Intracoastal Realty coops half the cost for an agent to go through the course.
Business Planning: Our leaders will help you establish goals, provide a tested road map and strategically guide you on your journey to excellence and financial reward.
Weekly Sales Meeting: Stay in-the-know about market activity, new company tools and resources, market trends and more through weekly meetings held by your leadership team. These meetings are so value-laden that most of our top-producing agents are in attendance EVERY week. That speaks volumes about the content in these meetings!
Agent Learning Labs: Individualized coaching sessions with our own in-house “Integrity Selling” certified coach on topics designed to enhance your successful real estate business. Topics include marketing, branding, social media, transaction management, skill building, generating leads, and so much more.
Thursday Trainings: Training sessions designed to current agents current on matters such as flood zones, pricing in a competitive market, multiple offers, social networking, relocation training, marketing tools, and staying on the cutting edge with technology.
The Market Place Academy: Intracoastal Realty has partnered with The Market Place Academy, our in-house real estate school to offer pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education opportunities for our sales agents.
