Our Call Center staff provides coverage to our Call
Center 7 days a week and on holidays to schedule the showing
appointments for all Intracoastal Realty listings. All
agents throughout our service area as well as inspectors and
appraisers use this effective service for appointments. The
Call Center’s goals are to maximize the efficiency of our
sales associates, so they may concentrate on showing your
property to its fullest advantage, and to provide a personal
showing coordinator for our sellers during the marketing
stage. Analysis indicates where the calls originate and
helps us to identify the likely source of your buyer. A
tracking report is available to you, the seller, to track
showing activity.
