A full time Director of Relocation, along with a Referral Coordinator, handle all incoming and outgoing referrals through our affiliate, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the nation’s largest network of premier independent real estate brokers. Memberships with the Employee Relocation Council, Relocation Resources Inc. and many other third party affiliates enhance the services offered within the division.

Our Marketing Department generates excitement, promotes our listings and instills the unique, upscale image that keeps the name of Intracoastal Realty before the eyes of the market. Property feature sheets and/or just-listed postcards and brochures will be designed upon your agent’s request by our professional graphic designers to highlight the features of your property, with emphasis on the unique aspects that will attract buyers.

Our New Homes and Condominiums Sales and Marketing Division works directly with developers and builders to bring new home communities to market. From site selection through closing, we ensure the success of these new developments.

We have a direct business partnership with Bank of America Home Loans, whose staff provides legendary service and can custom-tailor a package to suit any financial situation for quick loan approvals. Many of our buyers are pre-qualified prior to looking at properties to purchase. From application to closing, you can count on an exceptional team effort to make your loan process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
