Deep-rooted Community Ties

Intracoastal Realty has a rich involvement with charitable organizations through its managers, agents, and staff members, to serve our community by way of helping others.  We make donations of money, time, and resources to civic organizations, disaster relief funds, and local chapters of national health organizations. 

We work closely with UNCW, Cape Fear Community College, and Brunswick Community College to offer scholarship program opportunities to deserving students.  In keeping with the company's support for education in the area, Intracoastal Realty CEO Jim Wallace founded the Teacher's Fund in 2005 to help fund school supplies and learning devices for area kindergarten-through-5th-grade students.
