• Listing price has changed, which may be either a price increase or a price decrease. Detailed information on price changes is available on any property details page that displays this icon.
• An extended description is available, which may include homeowner comments, additional features, etc.
• Driving directions are available, which may have been provided by either the agent or homeowner.
• Additional photos are available, which means there is at least one additional photo available and may include both interior and exterior shots.
• Fireplace present, which means the property contains at least one fireplace and may be gas, gas logs, wood burning, etc.
• This property was listed within the last 48 hours.
• This property was listed within the last 3 days.
• This property was listed within the last 7 days.
• This property was listed within the last 14 days.
• Garage present, which means the property contains 1 or more garage spaces.
• Faces a Golf Course, meaning that some part of the property faces some part of a golf course (not necessarily a fairway).
• Swimming Pool present, which means the property either contains or has access to a swimming pool (such as a community / neighborhood pool).
• Waterfront property, which may include beachfront, riverfront, lakefront, etc.
• Additional Listings available in this neighborhood. This is the only clickable icon and indicates that there are other properties in your search results that are for sale in the same neighborhood / subdivision.
