Selling Philosophy:
Marilyn considers her attention to details the very foundation of her services. Her goal is to keep
her clients informed throughout the process, whether buying or selling a home. She values
personal referrals and their positive feedback as she focuses on client satisfaction from first
meeting to closing.
A North Carolina Native:
Marilyn grew up in Southern Pines, North Carolina, and has lived in Raleigh, where she attended
Meredith College, as well as in another coastal area, St. Simons Island, Georgia, where she
worked for Parker-Kaufman Realtors. After a move back to the capital city, she worked for
Fonville Morisey Realty. In addition to her real estate career, Marilyn worked for Capital Bank as
a Mortgage Lender, during the refinance years.
More about Marilyn:
Marilyn is captain of her tennis team, and plays on the Wilmington Tennis Association league.
She enjoys the beach and jogging the “famous” Wrightsville Beach loop. Her interest in photography
and the skills she has developed through this hobby serve her well as she prepared to market
homes in the area. Family is important to her; she has two sons, two large dogs, and a cat.
Both sons grew up on the water and also care about the environment and the quality of our coastal
waters.
