I attended Old Dominion in Norfolk, Virginia with a degree in medical technology and an internship at Maryview Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. For 4 years I worked as the director of the laboratory at John Randolph Hospital in Hopwell, VA. I expanded the parameters of my career to encompas nursing home administration and became licensed in that field.
My wife and I and our 2 children (Dana & Stephanie) moved to Wilmington in 1975 where I was president of our own company, Southeastern Health Services. We owned and operated 7 nursing homes in North Carolina. During this time we were very involved in the Wilmington community; our children attended Cape Fear Academy and we were members of the First Presbyterian Church. We sold our business and moved to Florida where we have been living for the past 9 years.
Our love of North Carolina and Wilmington precipitated our return. We have been blessed with the opportunity to come back home to Wilmington and be part of Intracoastal Realty, the areas market leader.
I bring a wealth of business experience to my profession and a love of working with people. Through our years of living here I have a thorough understanding of the demographics of Wilmington and the surrounding areas of Wrightsville Beach, Landfall, Figure 8 Island and the golf communities. All of these combined, I feel, will make your selling or buying experience with me a pleasant one.
Whether you are looking to sell a home or property or to buy, I will give you my undivided attention. I invite you to call me for your real estate needs.
