    Recognize these houses? Both homes were recently shown on HGTV’s House Hunters.  The episode was about a New Jersey family who moved from New Jersey to North Carolina. After living in a rental home in Leland they decided buy a place in Wilmington. They had a $1.25M budget and need to live within 30 minutes of the hospital.  Their agent showed them 3 homes that met their criteria. It’s no surprise two of the three homes featured on this House Hunters episode were Intracoastal Realty Listings.  Intracoastal Realty is the leader in market share for homes priced $500,000 and over in the Wilmington area.   We won’t tell you which of these two houses they bought. The Teacher's Fund was established in 2005 to help local elementary school teachers buy supplies for their classrooms. To date, the Teacher's Fund has raised $214,000. This amount has allowed the Teacher's Fund to give over 1,000 grants that have helped more than 100,000 local students!  Donations come from Intracoastal agents, local companies, Beacon Title Insurance, and other generous individuals in our community.  We are pleased to announce that 600 tickets were sold in our recent fund-raising raffle, which raised $6,000 for the Teacher's Fund.  With Intracoastal Realty’s gracious donation of six iPad2’s for the raffle, all the money raised from the tickets will go directly to the Teacher's Fund!  We want to thank everyone who bought tickets.
