Pleasure Island Events for Week of Labor Day

Pleasure Island is ending the season with a fabulous fireworks show tonight  on the Beach with Live Entertainment from 6:30pm-9:30pm.  Fireworks begin at 9pm.  It will be a spectacular finale, so don't miss it.   Farmers Market & Art Show  at Carolina Beach Lake from 8am-1pm.  Enjoy many different varieties of specialty foods as you shop around while listening to music.  The Farmer's Market is every Saturday through October 9th.   'Up' will be playing as the final free movie of the season at Carolina Beach Lake Sunday, Sept 5th.    The 17th Annual Seafood, Blues, and Jazz Festival will be held on October 9 &10 Sat and Sun.  Mark your calendars for this fun event.   Real Estate – Pleasure Island had 15 new listings last week, 11 under contract, and 8 closed sales.   Weather – We escaped the ...
